Notes to Quote Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Notes to Quote, an internal business application operated by Steinhardt Industries.

Purpose

Notes to Quote is an internal application designed to assist Steinhardt Industries with processing service work notes, preparing service records and creating quotes in QuickBooks Online.

Authorised Use

Notes to Quote is intended for authorised use by Steinhardt Industries. It is not offered as a public software service or for general consumer use.

QuickBooks Online Integration

Notes to Quote may connect to QuickBooks Online using Intuit's authorised authentication services.

Access to QuickBooks Online is only established after an authorised user grants permission through Intuit.

The application may access information necessary for its operation, including customer, product and service, tax and quote information.

Notes to Quote may create QuickBooks Online quotes when instructed by an authorised user. The user remains responsible for reviewing the accuracy of information before relying on or sending any quote created using the application.

Authentication and Security

Notes to Quote does not request or store an authorised user's Intuit or QuickBooks password.

QuickBooks access can be revoked through the user's Intuit account.

Availability

Notes to Quote is provided for internal business use. Steinhardt Industries does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with future changes to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online.

Third-Party Services

QuickBooks Online and Intuit services are provided by Intuit and are subject to Intuit's own terms, policies and service availability.
