Notes to Quote Privacy Policy

Notes to Quote is an internal business application operated by Steinhardt Industries. It is used to assist with the preparation of service work records and QuickBooks Online quotes.

QuickBooks Online access

Notes to Quote may connect to QuickBooks Online after an authorised user grants permission through Intuit's authentication service. The application does not request or store the user's QuickBooks or Intuit password.

The application may access QuickBooks Online information necessary to identify customers, products and services, tax codes, and to create quotes requested by the authorised user.

Notes to Quote does not automatically email quotes to customers. Quote creation is initiated by the authorised user.

Data storage

Service notes and application records used by Notes to Quote are primarily stored locally on the user's computer. QuickBooks authentication credentials may also be stored locally to maintain the authorised connection.

Data sharing

Notes to Quote does not sell personal information or QuickBooks data. Information is exchanged with Intuit only as necessary to provide the QuickBooks Online integration.

Revoking access

An authorised user may disconnect Notes to Quote from QuickBooks Online or revoke its access through their Intuit account.
